Yahoo!
Like Amazon, Yahoo! is in the process of providing access to its clusters to the end users. The project however is still in early stages and access is given only after the submission of a research proposal. The project was due to start at the end of 2008 but no official announcement has been made yet (January 2009). Yahoo mentions that it wants to make its cluster available to open source software such as Pig and Hadoop. As part of its offering, Yahoo! aims to provide access to its M45 open star cluster which is a 4,000-processor supercomputer.
