Negotiation
The parties involved, the client and the providers, have to agree on the terms of the SLA binding them. They also have to detail the liberties of each partner, with consequences to violations. This negotiation can be a long process, a well-known fact to sales representatives. An interface highlighting the debated issues is proposed in order to attain a faster compromise with respect to the conflicting parts of the SLA.
